    so how do I migrate the info if no migrate option shows up?

    Hi @LVTS

    If you're not presented with an option to migrate then that'll be because;

    • You've signed into the Payroll App using different login credentials than your STP app
    • You've previously used/trialed the Payroll App and either
      • Migrated already back then OR
      • Declined the option to migrate back then


    If you let me know the ABN that you're using with the STP app I can take a look.

    I've just had a look, the Payroll App account was originally created in July last year and a migration was already completed back then.

    Migration can only occur once unfortunately and we can't perform it again. In this instance what I'd recommend is that you finalise the 2020/21 financial year in the STP app and then start fresh in the Payroll App from this new 2021/22 FY moving forward.

    i'm trying to do a pay run and I can't work out how to enter any pay amounts?
