ytd was added to the end of year Payrun to one of my employees but I entered the amounts correct and no ytd .

it was added on its own

it does not only me to edit only duplicate 

please advise

    As per my reply on your previous thread post, you should be able to just submit the Finalise Year STP File & that will update YTD & finalise in one go.

    You don’t need to edit anything, you can just generate the Finalise Year STP File.

    That option is not available on the STP mobile app. I can’t even adjust payment made to employees that have been submitted .

    it only give an option to duplicate

    Please advise where to post it because when I called the help line they said to post my question on the community page .They cannot assist me on the phone

    Yes the community page is correct and whilst it’s not always easy to see there are various categories to choose from. Hopefully Rav will see this and move for you, or someone who knows about the mobile app will be able to help
