STP Upload - Incorrect Information

Hi There

I was wondering if anyone could advise me on a problem I have had with the STP report for wages paid today.

I have checked all the relevant information for this one employee in Reckon Hosted and it is correct. When I export the STP file to GovConnect and check the detail of my STP report prior to submission, the information for this particular employee is then incorrect. Gross pay, superannuation SG, and salary sacrifice all seem to look incorrect. Being that it is the first pay in the new financial year - all balances are straight forward to check, all other employees (25) are ok, its only the one. I am reluctant to submit my STP report today as the information is incorrect. Any advice on what I should do?

    Go back into the pay and alter it in some way (add an extra hour) save it then go back and change it back to the correct figure and try exporting again
