STP reporting adjustment

Hi
I just went to do a EOY finalisation and have found about 5 descrepencies between the ato and reckon stp uploads. I just want to know if i have to update each discrepency individually as in reupload the stp's that were wrong or can you just make an extra stp payment to adjust the the error

The EOFY STP “Finalisation” process is your checking, update & confirmation in one. As long as you have checked the payroll figures are correct in Reckon, this process will “fix” it as it is the YTD amounts that get updated each time you submit.
NB: I have 2 modified Payroll Summary reports - set to This Payroll Year-to-date - that I use to check my STP each lodgement so that at EOFY, everything has consistently balanced so no “fixes” are necessary:
- 1 shows Columns by applicable pay period (eg Week, Two Weeks, Month etc) I use this one to cross-reference STP totals for each submission (it's always the last/latest column totals)
- The other shows Columns by Employee & I use this one to check each employee's FY totals at the end of the FY to Finalise (Before STP, I used this report to check Payment Summary totals)
