Adding employee TFN to payslips

Hi, trying to add the employee TFN to their individual weekly payslips that are emailed to them.

the field to add on the template is the employee tax reference number but that option is not selectable on the payslip template ?

Any advice ?

    TFN does not normally appear on payslips

    Lisa. As Kris stated, there is no requirement to quote the Tax File Number on pay slips - it is not a requirement of Fair Work Australia. If you are really insistent on including this information, there are a couple of ways in which you could do this. But it may come at the expense of other information that you feel must be included. The two fields that i am referring to are under the Employment Info tab. They are Agreement and Classification. You could use say one of these fields, if you don't think you need them, to duplicate the recording of the Tax File Number. You would then need to edit your Pay Slip Template to rename the label to say Tax File Number.

    I would NOT do it. Emails are being intercepted all the time.
