    Stop what you're doing

    Payment summaries are NOT required

    Have a nice day

Kris seriously? Theres no such thing as payment summaries. And no one should be using Firefox. Support for it has ended.

I have clients who like to keep a copy of payment summaries on file. They may not be necessary but at least there’s a choice for those who do want them as a backup.

Sometimes updates are automatic and things can get changed without you knowing. Changing browsers just a suggestion until things sort themselves out, and Firefox works for me, I’ve never needed support for anything like a browser

Kris Firefox might work. Its not secure is my point. Everyone should be using Brave. Or possibly Edge

Absolutely nothing wrong with doing that - I still like to review the in-built Payment Summaries (to confirm the STP figures have been mapped to the correct fields! 😳)

@Zappy Some sites aren’t as compatible with some browsers as others 😬

I know that but if a client asks me for copies to file I’m not going to say no you don’t need them. People have their routines and procedures even though they’re sometimes outdated, not for me to try and change them. They wouldn’t even know how to login to the portal and don’t want to know, they like their old fashioned paper trail.

I think I take my role to educate the client a little more seriously. There's nothing wrong with saying there's no need for you to keep this. Its just clutter. In the nineties I had a client who printed EVERYTHING well you can imagine the filing system. I think sometimes you simply need to say electronic records are more secure and easier to use than paper. And think of all those trees you're wasting. No I think you need to push back. Tell her if she wants, she can print it herself. Just my two cents.
