Upgrade to 2021/R2 not working
I have been trying to upgrade to the 2021/R2 version of Reckon Hosted for the past ten days. Each and every time I do it, the back up (which takes ages) sits on 99% and then just stops responding and that is the end of the entire process. Does not matter what time of the day, which day or whether at home or at work. Or even which computer.
I have been able to do a normal back up on the 2020/R2 with no problems. So the issue is not just a back up related thing.
Hoping you can help.
Have you tried doing a rebuild of data first?0
Do you mean to rebuild the 2020/R2 version? And then do the upgrade?
