payroll migration

I have also tried to migrate to reckon payroll and it keeps saying

something went wrong reload or logout

    I've just had a look at your account and I can see where the issue is coming from. I need to get the assistance of my development team to fix it though so I've just sent that over to them now and I'll get back to you once I've heard back.

    Similar to Gail above, the cause of the problem I can see but I need some help in getting it fixed so I've sent your case to the dev team as well just now.

    I'll let you know once it sorted.

    Hi guys,

    My dev team has just got back to me this morning and look to have straightened this out.

    Can you both please try the migration to the Payroll App again and let me know if it goes through successfully this time.

    Please ensure that you sign in to the Payroll App using the same email address & password that you use on the STP app.


    Note: You may experience the 'Something went wrong' screen one more time after migration and if you do, just logout of the Payroll App account (use the logout option) and then close the app in full ie. swipe it away from any other running apps on your phone. Reopen it and login after that, you should be able to access your account normally.


    If you can both let me know how you get on as well that would be great.

    Hey Rav, yes mine worked and migrated then at the end it did the same. (something went wrong) so I logged out then back in and now it is working fine. Thanks for your help, much appreciated. Cheers
