    I am unable to load and complete my payroll

    Screen goes black and I have to reload, why is this happening and how can I repair this please

    Hi @Zenq

    Can I just confirm, are you using the Reckon Payroll App or some other Reckon software?

    If its the Payroll App, have you been able to complete any payruns from the app successfully before OR is this the first time you're trying to do so?

    What are you doing in the app specifically right before this occurs? ie. creating an employee, creating a pay run, submitting the STP submission etc
