Calculating Holiday & Personal Pay

We have just employed an apprentice for the first time. Can someone please tell me if I have entered this correctly for his holiday & personal accruals. He is a school based apprentice so currently only working 7.6 hours per week, but on holidays will sometime do extra days, so thought I needed to choose hourly accrual, thank you
