    Can you please give it another go now and let me know if you're able to migrate over successfully.

    If it you don't have any joy, can you give me a bit of background on how your account was created as I can see two access levels for your account. Did you create the account under this email address on the Reckon Portal site (https://portal.reckon.com/) or were you only using the STP app and created the account there?
