End of year pay run Finalisation

Hello,

When I submitted my last pay run in June 2021 I forget to set the status as Finalised.

How do I fix this?

Do I re-submit that same pay run as Finalised or update event.

Many thanks

Marti Jauquet

STP updates YTD balances each time.  The "Finalise ..." process 'confirms' these so should be done as a separate submission anyway 😁

    Sorry,

What I did was sumit the STP through Gov Connect as a new pay run but should have been a Finalized.

So do I re-submit that same pay run STP as Finalised or update event.

    Thanks

Finalise .... When you select Finalise Year, it will pick up the full Financial Year payroll rather than just a single Pay Run:

NB: The FY will always default to the current (eg at the moment we are now inΒ 2021/22) so ensure you select 2020/21 here!
