Email of pay Slips
Good Morning,
I am trying to send employees their pay slip for July - I am using Reckon 21.
I keep defaulting to invoices and the pay slip form is not appearing - this has changed since the last version.

Hi Marilyn. If you go to Lists> Templates, are your different types of pay slip options showing there?

If you access the payslips from the payroll centre, the little box on the left, dropdown gives you email or print payslips, should be easier

Yes I can see my pay slips in the template and I am using the link above to email pay slips but the problem is in the forms it keeps defaulting to invoices. I go to my preferences and then select forms. I change the default to Pay slips but it keeps defaulting to Invoices.

Have you got “Email” (or “Both”) selected in each employee’s record?
