Incorrect number of shares in portfolio view - Personal Plus 2021

In the portfolio view some shares are showing a zero balance for shares that have been sold recently and for some that have had no transactions for over a year. This has only recently been happening

Total number of equities in the account is approx. 30 and there are 3 that are quite old with zero balance and 4 recently sold showing zero balance. From the attached you will see that 2 of the old transactions appear to be corrupted. The problem can't be fixed by excluding the shares in Customise View as these shares are held in other accounts
