Re-Installing RPP

After having my PC factory reset, I am reinstalling Reckon Personal Plus. When I log into the members portal (thanks to fellow posters) I can reinstall the last version in my account 2018. I installed that no problems with the installation key for it. My question is, I pay a yearly subscription still, should I be entitled to upgrade to 2021? I can download it and install it; however, it asks for an installation key which I cannot find?

Have you purchased the 2021 edition already? You've mentioned you've paid an annual subscription, was that for the current 2021 version? ie. when was the last time you made the purchase?
If you have, you'll find the 2021 edition in the same place as your install of the 2018 edition which you've just done along with the installation key details for it as well.
If its not appearing, and you believe you've made the purchase for it please give our Customer Service team a call on 1800 732 566 and we'll take a look and get this sorted.
