Why does Reckon still mail renewal invoices in hard copy?

Sending out paper invoices in this day and age is both cost ineffective and environmentally irresponsible. Please give us the option to indicate that we only wish to receive an electronic copy of our renewal invoice (which we can, in effect, already do by printing to a .pdf file) so that we reduce unnecessary use of paper and you can save the postage.

Hi Daniel,

We're certainly on the same page as you in relation to this and is something that we have work going on in the background for at the moment. We're currently looking at our options to implement this across the board for our customers, there's no ETA on this just yet but its definitely something we want to get off the ground ASAP.
