using annual leave

I have Reckon set up to accrue annual leave for employees, but when they take the leave, it is not recording that those hours have been used. We record it as Holiday salary & Holiday leave loading, but the leave used remains at zero. Have i missed something in the payroll set up??

When you use holiday salary you must enter the hours. And thanks for your question

Thanks Zappy, but yes we do enter the hours. It's not taking them off the accrued amount though

Thanks Zappy. You were right with the hours. We had missed putting the hours in for a 2 week block of annual leave taken and that had messed with the tally and made me think it wasn't working
