Not adding Supper onto to pay run

Hi, i have an issue with Pay roll not adding supper onto my employee that is casual. The hours worked are around 22 per week and earns over the thresh hold each so around the the 400 per week. I get the message saying super wont appear until it reaches the thresh old of $450 in one but i have been paying this employee for 3 months now but still not adding super onto the wage.

    Have you made sure that this particular pay rate is ticked under the details of the super tab in settings pay items
