Superannuation not coming in to liabilities
My reports for this months superannuation is correct, yet when I go to pay via employee liabilities - it is not showing the amounts? Just random small amounts. I have never seen this before
It gets the correct figures if I choose "this fin year" but if I choose just Oct dates it has the incorrect figures - yet the report for just Oct is correct!

This usually means it has either been overpaid - eg a previous entry amount has been beyond the specified date range(s) selected - or can be due to other Payroll Item-affecting entries (eg via "Adjust Payroll Liabilities")
Have a look at/drill down on the Payroll Liabilities Report in its entirety to determine where/when this has occurred so you can select the relevant period to clear correctly going forward\.

Thanks, but if I clear the liabilities for Oct using "this fin year" dates, and that equals the report, does this mean going forward in Nov it will be correct?

Generally that 's the case, yes 😊
