Your Reckon Accounts licence has expired

Only this is my expiration date is 16 Oct 2022, so unless I have lost all track of time I have the best part of 12 months left on my licence.

I have spent over an hour with 3 phone calls to an offshore support service - one of whom hung up on me. Then when it got too hard for the next one they said they would pass it to another department. In the end, they said they had NFI how to fix the problem & I now had to raise the issue here.

Every year there is some problem with the installation!

So what is the solution?

I have installed/uninstalled Reckon Accounts 2022 three times. The last support person on the phone had me download from

Maybe it is time I reported the issue to Consumer Affairs & the Ombudsman. This is totally frustrating.
