Payroll not marking as paid

Hi there,

I am on the free basic and I have been using the Reckon app on my mobile since migrating from STP in June , never had this issue. So today after I complete the run and try to click on "mark as paid" it says failed to mark as paid ??

Can you help me please

    Hi @Luisareckon

    Is this still occurring for you now? Can you please close the app down in full ie. swipe it away from any other running apps on your phone and then reopen and try again.

    Does it still exhibit the same behaviour?

    I ran the latest Reckon update in Appstore which I hadn't noticed was there, and has worked ok.
