We have been using Accounts premium edition 2016 and it is about to expire, giving me 5 days notice.

I have purchased a new 2 user license, is this product compatible & how do you get the IKC to activate.

    Which new version of Reckon Accounts have you purchased? Did you purchase it through our Customer Service team?

    If so, you'll find the Installation Key Code and other details required for install by logging into our Members Area HERE with your Customer ID & PIN

    Great, in that case just login to the Members Area that I linked above and you'll find a copy of the download there along with your installation key details.

    When I downloading the upgrade it has not amalgamated with 16 is has wiped it and created a new one.

    @luscious Yes, it installs the new 2021 program but you just need to open your existing Company File:

    Is your file located on a network drive? If so, I'd suggest following the directive on that message to move it to a local destination on your PC eg. desktop, My Documents etc before proceeding.

    Alternatively, you can give our technical support team a call and a technician can walk you through this process and/or initiate a remote login session if required.
