Error code 30 - Printer Not Activated


Hi all, I'm using Reckon Accounts Premier 2021 Accountant Edition and does anybody know how to rectify a "Printer Not Activated - Error Code 30". This message appears when I try and email forms, ie payslips and remittance advices then the program shuts down. Very strange as it only started doing this last week. Any help you can give would be appreciated. Denise

Do you have your Reckon Accounts software setup on a server OR is it just a local installation on your PC?

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you Denise.
I've just had a word with our tech team and they've suggested a good starting point would be to delete the qbprint.qbp and WPR.ini files as its one of the more common causes of this failure.
I'll link a help guide below which outlines how to do so -
If you're able to give that a go and let me know how you get on that'd be great. Alternatively, if you give our technical support team a call we can get a technician on the case here.

Hello,
same issue with On-Prem Accounts Premier 2021
Just upgraded from Win7 to Win10. Thus, I am surmising it is a folder/file permissions issue caused by the change in environment.
Deleting the qbprint.qbp and WPR.ini files proved unsuccessful.
Can this be resolved by a re-installing the software or is there a less dramatic approach?
