Can't migrate

Hi. I can't even see the blue YES box to touch in order to proceed to migration.

NB - found info on changing zoom. Fixed.

New problem... can't see employees after migration. Have to enter them again in "create first employee". Also, under settings it states that I have not completed the one off registration with the ATO. I have! I remember it as VERY painful!

    After you changed the Zoom settings, did you reload the app and proceed with migration?

    The reason I'm asking is from what you've described (quoted below) it doesn't sound like the migration has actually happened and a new account has been created.

    Can you give me the ABN that you're trying to migrate over and I'll check things out on my end.

    Employees would have been migrated across. Why would program says “create first employee “ ? Looks like you are using a new Reckon account.

    Hi Rav.

    ABN is 90190280774.

    I did close all apps then reopened using our original email and password. I did not click on register new.

    We only have 2 employees.

    From looking at it on my end, it certainly looks like the migration hasn't gone through for some reason.

    I've made a change on my end just now so when you're able to can you please go though the following steps -

    • Close the Payroll App in full ie. swipe it away from any other running apps on your phone
    • Reopen it and login using your existing login details
    • It should (hopefully) ask you to go through the migration process again
      • If it does, please follow the prompts and do so one more time
      • If it doesn't present you the options to migrate let me know


    Give that a go and let me know how you get on.
