There are some limitations to what enhancements/features can be added for RA/RAH due to acquiring the fixed, underlying base coding from Intuit but if enough people want it & it’s able to be implemented, Reckon are always keen to improve product functionality 😊

Bear in mind, all the other softwares that have this functionality are actually fully cloud-based whereas RAH is Reckon’s top “Enterprise” desktop program “hosted” on their servers (hence the name)

None of those cloud-based programs have the extensive search or reporting capabilities - or many of the other great features - that RA/RAH have.

I have done similar solutions, basically, you can do any of the following:

• Auto/manually send out an email with attached invoice PDF (can include a payment link so your customer can pay the invoice online and get instantly synced back to RAH)
• Auto/manually send out customer statement (with PDF and/or payment link)
• Auto/manually send a reminder to your customers/or yourself outstanding invoices (with PDF, ..)
• ...and anything else that you have to do manually in RAH and you want to automate

The rule to send out email can be configured by you (ie, how many days past the due date, balance reach x amount, etc..)

And the email can be sent directly from your email account.

No need to do 2nd process attaching invoice once done in Reckon

Cosmic does all in one and colored cloud invoice and we can use all other apps in your phone like whatsapp viber Skype And your domain email to send invoice.

You will not see Reckon Hosted name in email by the receiver

Righto but i use the Web version Reckon Hosted on my desk top so i can have my bookkeeper & accountant access to it.
