error loading payruns

in Reckon Payroll App & Web

Hi I am getting a an message 'error loading payruns'

I have turned off my IOS device twice and reopened and I still have this message.

I had commenced loading a new payrun but decided not to complete it and went back,

This is went I received this error message.

    I am also getting the "Error loading Payruns" message when trying to complete a payrun lodgement.

    Hi guys

    Can you please close your Payroll app down in full ie. swipe it away from any other running apps on your phone and then reopen it and login.

    The issue should now be resolved but please let me know if you still continue to encounter any loading issues.
