Hi

I went to lodge my single touch pay event & saw the last submission with an error

Problem in either VendorInfo or AusKey Credentials


Can you please advise me how to rectify this?

    Did you look in the help files? help.reckon.com?

    Have you checked the Company information is the same as the tax account?

    Is this a new error or is it the first lodgement?

    Also when I searched this error just now in the Community Rav said it was a problem at the ATO and recommended resubmitting the event. Call me if this is unclear 0407744914
