Help with resetting password

Can I please get help with resetting my password as I no longer have access to the email I originally signed up with.
ABN49612439371, M & M Dalton email was [email protected] but can it please be changed to [email protected].

Hi Melissa
Can certainly help with this but as I'm sure you can understand there are some security requirements around changing account access that we need to tick off.
I'm assuming you no longer have access to the account hence the need to reset the password however if by any chance you do, you'll be able to change the email address to the account by following the steps -
- Head over to https://portal.reckon.com/ and sign in with your current Payroll App login credentials
- Click on the 'Profile' icon in the top right corner
- Change the email address to your new one
Once that is done, go through and reset the password and you'll receive the reset email to the newly designated email address for your account.
If you no longer have access to the account at all ie. email address and password which I'm guessing is the case here then we'll need to make some changes on our end however before doing so it will require a signed & stamped statutory declaration as its a security requirement. If you're able to organise that, send it through to me with the details of the ABN and account as you have above in a Private Message. Include the link to this conversation in the message as well.
