Payroll migration

in Reckon Payroll App & Web

Hi I try to migrate the STP payroll app to new one. But it said the ABN is registered. The ABN is 12883390621, Ho Ching Travel Trust. Can you please help. Thank you

    Hi @jasoncklee

    I've had a look at the registration for that ABN and it looks like the migration has gone through on Saturday (same day as your post). Can you please confirm?

    Perhaps logout of the Payroll App account and close the app in full ie. swipe it away from any other running apps on your phone then reopen & log back in.

    Can you see data in your account?
