Hi, trying to access one of our company files and receiving the below message on Accounts Hosted. We have two separate companies and I can access one but not the other (and it's payday!). Computers have been restarted and all sessions logged off via control panel but no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks

Tash if you log into your members area using your customer ID you can get a copy of Reckon Desktop. You can use this as a stop gap. You need to ring Hosted support in the morning. 1300799150. Permit me to say I'm a little disappointed they all go home at 4pm WST.

Thanks Zappy - ND file has not been created. I shall give them a call in the morning. Thank you for trying to help me out. Enjoy the rest of your evening. Thanks

There's another crimp to this which isnt documented here. When you delete the nd file you need to rename the the qbw file as well. Im confused as to why this bit is left off the kb article. Thanks for your question. And I learned something.

Hi Zappy! Reckon Support were very helpful. Apparently some sort of temp file blocking access. We renamed the company file adding a 1 to the name. Then try to access the file (which will fail), and then rename the file again removing the 1. Fixed. Thanks for your help once again. 😊
