We are trying to reconstruction employee leave balances and need to see what the balances were at a particular date in the past

we have tried viewing old payslips in the system but for some reason they only show the leave balance of the most recent payslip

Does anyone know how we can view historical leave balances?

@Mark Rogers Yes! The Leave Accrual Summary report (under the Reports dropdown menu > Employees & Payroll) will show you this information as at any given date/period that you specify 😊

I have developed a spreadsheet because I also found it an absolute pain when leave accruals go wrong and it doesn't matter which accounting package

If ever I am in doubt I work out manually the leave that they should have accrued from day 1, which isn’t that difficult, and then do a payroll report showing leave taken from the beginning. Deduct this from 1st calculation and change the figure in the program if necessary
