Best way to record a pay for employee who works 40 hours pw that includes 2 hours RDO accrual
Can someone please advise best way to record RDO accruals for employees that work 40 hours each week and have 2 hours accrued for RDO's. Can you please advise of how to record normal weeks payslip and then the payslip that includes the day taken as RDO.

Thanks for quick reply. Yes have looked at lots of help files, want to confirm i just set up an Other leave accrual (RDO) and set it up to accrue 2 hours every pay week and edit each employee to reflect this leave item. Then when i prepare a normal weeks pay. Do I just enter the normal pay item and enter 40 hours and it will then accrue the 2 hours, and each employee will see on his payslip that he has worked 40 hours but the total gross pay is calculated for 38 hours. (much like a salary amount not an hourly amount)
Then when they take an RDO I use normal pay item for 32 hours and RDO item for 8 hours!
