Install Reckon Accounts 2021 on new laptop.

After installing Reckon Accounts on a new laptop I can't run as it is asking for my IKC. I got this from the Reckon Website by logging in. But it is the 2020 version and it won't accept it. I like at my orders and the renewal order does not have an IKC. How can I fix this? Thank You.

    Hi @Fossil

    Are you attempting to install the 2021 version of the software OR the current 2022 edition?

    You'll find the installation key code within the Members Area after selecting the software just prior to download. The below is a screenshot from my Members account as an example.

    Thanks Rav, I think I was trying to install the wrong version. All good now.
