Is it possible to enter two payments for one employee pay in Reckon Accounts Hosted? The situation is that during the recent flooding I was unable to run a computer as we had no power but wages were due. I calculated an employees pay by hand, but didn't get it quite right. I paid them $1502.26 on the pay day and then once I had power I processed the pays property and found that it should have been $1585.26. I paid the employee the extra in a separate payment, so that bank has two payments to them and Reckon has one. The problem I have is that the bank statement cuts off between the two physical payments so I can't make the reconcile work. I was wondering if it is possible to take that pay of $1585.26 in Reckon and separate it into the two different payments that I actually made?
