upload logo


I have Reckon Accounts Premier 2014
I am customising my invoices etc, when I click on use logo it immediately comes up with a window say the file is to large or in the wrong location.
How do you overcome this situation Please?

How large is the image file that you're looking to add to the invoice template and where is it stored? ie. is it on a local destination on your PC or is it stored on a removable drive eg. USB stick etc?

Hi Rav,
The log is 33KB and is stored in the same umbrella business file located on the computer. I also have a copy on a USB.
when you click use logo it doesn't try to locate anything just immediately comes up with the response.

It says: the file you entered is too long or is not a valid file name. I haven't entered any file name at this point.
