How do I change my username and password details for payroll app

    Hi @Don MacMillan

    If you'd like to change the login credentials for your Payroll App account, follow the steps below

    • Logout of your Payroll App account
    • Head over to https://portal.reckon.com/ and sign in with your existing login details
    • Click 'Profile' in the top right corner
    • Select the relevant options to edit your login email address and/or password
    • Once you're done sign in with your new login details on the Payroll App
