New shares added do not download I have 2 new shares RFG and VAS that do not download

Question

I have gone to 1 step update and they are ticked correctly . There ticker entries are right . VAS I have made a market index as it is an ETF . RFG is a stock on the Aussie sharemarket

Thank you it worked . I has RFG :ASX and VAS:ASX which caused the problem

I've just tested this out on my Personal Plus 2021 installation and both share tickers updated correctly after running an update this morning. I've outlined the configuration that I used and update results for each below.
