Have you forgotten your original password ? Is this under the Admin Username? Are you getting an error message?

I've forgotten my original user name as its been so long since ive used it likewise for the password

Try logging in with the Username Admin leaving the password field blank.
If you’re still unable to get in, you’ll probably need to call Reckon Tech Support 😬

Unable to open an existing company file, also flat out trying to find your response as its coming to a different place each time

The different response locations is likely because you posted your original question multiple times 😕
" ... Unable to open an existing company file ..." so this is the issue ? Did you try logging in as Admin (as per my last suggestion) ?
@Rav any suggestions or does 376023 need to call Tech Support ?
