Installation help with QB 07/08

Currently running quickbooks plus 06/07 and upgrading to quickbooks 07/08 inorder to upgrade to hosted. The installation of 07/08 was stopped due to no Windows command.com file. How do I fix this?

What version of Windows operating system are you attempting the installation on?

Can you provide screenshots of the error you are encountering?

If your file is currently on the QuickBooks 2006/07 format, are you still currently able to open your data file in that software?

I am currently able to access 06/07 data as the software is active.

Since you are able to open the file, perform a backup that includes the complete verification so that the backup file can be sent to us once you have submitted a case request.
