Where do I find the Accounts Installation Key?

I've just paid the annual fee, un-installed the 2021 version, installed the 2022 version, but it won't let me into the program without an Accounts Installation Key. The error message says "Your Installation Key code is located on the back of your CD cover or your upgrade letter". However, there's nothing in the email that I got and the key code from the Quicken 2009 CD don't work (I'm amazed that I even still have the CD!).

Please help!

If you log into your members site go to download software select the version and it will then show you your installation key

This was my first time to update using this system and it's horrible - convoluted and full of bugs.

I think that it's time to look for new software...
