90% of my income is cash and deposited daily.

When entering the deposit as a cash receipt (which is after the deposit) is there a way of crediting direct to the various income accounts avoiding the need for the second entry transferring the amounts from undeposited funds to income accounts, I ask as it seems to me that the money is never undeposited,

You can add an item on the next line which is a minus and attach it direct to the bank account. Call the item cash.
