We've just switched from Accounts Premiere to Accounts Hosted and all our customised templates for invoices etc are gone. We need the previous templates we used, i.e. with our business logo, address etc

Can anyone help?

Is it just the logo that is missing? You can go to the original file and export the customised templates, one at a time I think, and import them into the new program, but pretty certain you will also have to add the logo manually for one template to get it into the correct folder

No it's completely different - nothing is where it should be. I'll have a go trying to find the original file. Thanks.

    Hi Marsha

As Kris said, you'll likely need to upload your logo(s) to the Q Drive so the system can "find" them now that you're on Reckon's server (Q Drive)

Thanks! I've done that now but finding the Layout Designer hard work. Any tips on resizing fields? I can move them but making them shorter is difficult.

There's also extra columns alongside the description field that I want to remove but can't seem to. The description field on our template has three columns next to it for quantity, rate and amount. Those are still there but there's also extra columns for 'Tax' and 'TAX AMT' that we want to get rid of (as we already have a separate gst field below).

    Hi Marsha

The Layout Designer is more for adding new/extra fields & moving/resizing.

To remove a column or field completely, you can untick it under Additional Customisation:

This will take you to the Header/Columns & Footer tabs where you can select re-order + include/exclude fields & columns just on screen, just on the printed form or both:
