How do I change the email address that I use to login to my Payroll App account?

If you need to update or change the email address that you use to sign in to your Payroll App account please follow the 5 steps below.

STEP 1

Head over to https://portal.reckon.com/ and sign in with your existing Payroll App login credentials ie. the current email address and password

STEP 2

Click on the Profile button in the top right corner

STEP 3

Update your existing email address by clicking the Edit button.

Enter your new email address, tick the reCAPTCHA verification and click SAVE.

STEP 4

An account verification email will be sent to the new email address which you must accept before you can log in with the new details.

STEP 5

That's it! You're all set. All you need to do now is sign in to your Payroll App using the new details.
