Cannot open my 2021 file
Hello,
I hope you can help. I am unable to open our file. The message comes up saying that is has been updated to a newer version, but I didn't do that?
Can anyone help me with this as I am a bit concerned?

Hi Wendy,
- If no one in your team have upgraded company file to 2022 version and you are opening the correct company file, then here are the steps to help you ( If upgraded, use backup created and restore it from Launch accounts 2021 R2)
* Log in to Reckon Hosted ( https://hosted.reckon.com/)
* Click on Control panel
* Click on 'Log off Remote sessions'
* Log off your session only and refresh to double check if successfully logged out. Then log out from control panel/dashboard as well
* Now try to login again to Reckon hosted and click on Launch accounts 2021 R2 to check if same company file is being open or not.

Thank you for your advice but it didn't work. One of the guys must of upgraded to the 2022 version.....will it matter if i use that file and adjust the PAYG for wages?

Thank you fo your help, but I eventually restored the back up so I am still using the 2021 file. I was trying to do that last week but couldn't locate it.
Anyway all good.
