Cannot print reports

When I press print for a report/invoice, the only option is Reckon Pinter (on TS 004). Was always able to print in Reckon desktop version

Hi @wwgrharris

Reckon Accounts Hosted is a little different when it comes to a few things in comparison to its desktop counterpart with printing being one of them.

When you click print in Hosted it will open a print window with the Reckon Printer as you've mentioned. Click Print on that and the PDF copy will open which you'll print to your own printer.

Rav I am having this problem but no matter how long I sit no PDF is opening.

Is this the right area?

I have had a problem recently on another machine whereby I have had to click on the blue printing logo that appears on the top right corner the minute you press print, click on it immediately because it’s not there for long. Fortunately I do not have this problem on my computer

@Barbara Allen-Guthrie Make sure you have pop-ups enabled in your browser settings as this being disabled prevents the PDF generating

Thanks Kris, I unblocked the Popup for this site and magic it works.
