Workcover Claim payment to employees

Hi all,
Can you please help me on how to record work cover claim payment to employees in reckon hosted? Im a bit confused- I have already a Workcover account in P&L, I just need to know how to record the payment to the employee. fyi.

Claim payment for what? Medical expenses, wages, what is it?

This is accident reimbursement/claim, we have decided to recorded this as Payroll. Thank you
