Reconciling super

Good morning. For the first 6 months of the last financial year, I entered the data into my Reckon app in a 6 month block 1.7.21 - 31.12.21. This was a mistake because then the Super didn't reconcile as Reckon calculated the Super on the whole 6 months. My book keeper suggested I delete the 6 month data and re-enter all data month by month. I have deleted the 6 month data and now the app won't let me re-enter any data at all. Help! Thanks. Jill

Can you step me through how you deleted the existing data and more importantly, what is happening specifically now when you're attempting to re-enter your pay runs? ie. what is happening in the app, are you encountering an error message etc?

Hi Rav. Many thanks for replying. To delete the existing data, I changed it to Draft and then deleted the draft. Now I can get my employees onto my screen but can't alter anything. Jill

Sorry - I should have added: No - I'm not encountering any error messages. It just won't let me put in any figures. Jill

Ok so after selecting the pay date, pay period and the relevant employees, you should be on a screen that looks something like the below. In my case I only have one employee in this pay run and to enter their pay I need hit the 'Edit' button then proceed.
