Issues with company file in new upgrade
We have two companies setup on Reckon Accounts Hosted and multiple users with their own profile logins and Passwords.
At the time of upgrading to the new 2022 version, I followed the same steps to setup both companies through restoring from a backup.
One company is working fine.
But the other one doesn’t work properly. It can only be opened using my Profile logins. If anyone else from our staff login with their own credentials then it doesn’t open.
