IIF File Import
We are trying to link our rostering system with Reckon for invoicing.
Importing files is pretty hit and miss. I have only had success with a file containing 2 invoices.
Is there a limit on the size of files that can be imported?
Uploads fine - click on Import IIF file - it states that it has been uploaded but invoices do not come through.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi,
There is no limit on the number of transactions in a file. But it is always tricky to have an IIF import work for you.
I think having a custom solution will be better if it is a regular task.
I have a free tool that can help you to define field mappings and upload any Excel/CSV file format to Reckon Hosted as invoices (or some other types)
You can also share the IIF file you use to upload, I can have a look and let you know why it doesn't work.
