Could we memorize a group of general entries in reckon and can they be added with single click as general entries

If we could how

I have created and memorized the general entries of wages

I have created a memorized group for them

but when i add the group general entries does not get added

Could anybody please help

If you are doing payroll in Hosted the entries are populated during that process, so not sure of how that would work or exactly what you are trying to do

@SumitGupta It depends what type of entries they are … You can for most transactions however, Paycheques are unable to be memorised 😬

I am using Xero for Payroll and In NZ accounts hosted don’t have payroll

so want to memorize the payroll journal entries

You can definitely Memorise Journal Entries 😊

Edit the Memorised Journal Entries & select the option to add them to the Group you've set up:

will they be automatically added every week?

@SumitGupta Yes - You can choose to schedule individual transactions or an entire Group.

Double-click on the Memorised Transaction (or Group, as applicable) & set it to Standing Order with the desired frequency & first entry date:
